A Closer Look at The Benefits of Exercise

This two-part video includes a discussion of exercise and multiple sclerosis as well as demonstrations of various exercises addressing all levels of MS disability which can be performed while standing, sitting or lying down. Guiding viewers through both segments of the program are Brad Hamler, a post-rehabilitation specialist and author of Exercises for Multiple Sclerosis, and an MS client, Jil, who incorporates exercise and healthy living into her daily lifestyle and approach to MS management.
