Come Chat with MSAA!

What is MS Chat?

MSAA offers an interactive one-on-one chat feature that allows you to ask questions about MS while you browse MSAA’s website.

Who responds to my chat inquiry?

You can chat with one of MSAA’s Client Service Specialists, who are Master’s level social work and counseling professionals. Please note that MSAA’s Helpline closes at 5:00 pm eastern time. If this is a life-threatening emergency, please dial 911. You can also reach the National Suicide Prevention Hotline at 1-800-273-TALK and the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-SAFE for 24-hour assistance.

Which topics and questions can be discussed?

Client Service Consultants may help identify or explain programs offered by MSAA or refer to other resources and information that may be of help. To learn more about frequently asked questions and topics, please visit MSAA's Toll-Free Helpline page.

How do I get started?

You can find the MS Chat feature on the bottom right hand corner of many pages of the website. Click the "Start Chat" tab at the bottom right hand corner of this page to begin chatting with MSAA during our posted business hours!
